Refund & Return Policy
At MiraalShop, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We aim to provide high-quality girls’ clothing including ready to wear, casual wear, embroidered styles, stitched and unstitched outfits, as well as seasonal collections. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and reported within 48 hours of receiving your order. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted. Customized or unstitched items are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong size or product, we will happily exchange it for the correct one, subject to stock availability.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, hair oils and certain personal items cannot be returned or refunded once opened.
